2012 Reunion - Washington, DC
Reunion 2012 will be held Friday, August 10th - Sunday, August 12th at The Westin Alexandria.
Reunion Coordinator is Karl Lowe, Ron Corson, Bill Morgan, Bill Owen and Jerry Reynolds assisting.
Registration Cut-off Date - July 30th
Agenda is still subject to modification - Due to the high cost of gas and air fares we have tried to keep the cost of the events down. DC is a tourist destination with a wide variety of attractions convenient to the hotel by Metro, we've left the choices to the members to do things with old and new friends rather than trying to fit everyone to the same activities.

9:00 White House Tour for those that have signed up
Sorry, we cannot accept late requests for the White House Tour - security documents had to be submitted by March 5th to be included on this tour.
(tour has not been finalized we will not know until 3-4 weeks prior to the reunion, if the tour is disapproved there is an alternate tour of the US Capitol)
10:30 Bus transportation to the Mall
Busses must return to the Westin by 13:00 - those wishing to stay at the Mall longer can utilize the Metro system for return to the Westin

WWII, Korean, Vietnam Memorials
National Archives, Smithsonian Museums of American and Natural History, Air and Space Museum, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial.
Cafeterias in each of the museums.
Remainder of afternoon and evening are open to socialize or visit more sights on your own.

Guests flying into Reagan National Airport
For a fare of only $1.60 (at the time of this writing) hop on DC's Metro yellow line train toward Huntington and debark at the King Street Station (2 stops, approx 17 minutes)
The Westin Shuttle bus will be available at the King Street Station
The Westin is located near the George Washington Masonic Memorial offering a panoramic view of DC from its little known observation deck.
To visit attractions in DC return to the King Street Metro Station and for a fare of $2.15 take Metro's yellow line toward Fort Totten and debark at the Archives Station (7 stops, 19 minutes)
This stop is the Mall area where The Smithsonian, WWII, Korea, Vietnam Memorials, National Archives, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, Washington Monument, Capitol and White House are all nearby.
